Maybe i can put on the bill of sale. Stating after payoff of loan and the difference , he has to transfer ownership and title to me .
I would consider adding the verbage: "As the title is not immediately available, Seller agrees to place signatures, as necessary on the title, and on any necessary paperwork, without delay, to affect this transaction."

Thanks for making me smile so early in the morning KeS.
OP save youself money and headache. Take a one way flight and ride this bike back. You would be out a total of maybe 6K. Plus you get to have a great first ride on it.

Just talk to the tag agency. As long as i put in the bill of sale and have proof of the pay off i am in legal favor of the bike ownership

Either one will have more than enough power for you even with 4 years of experience. The main difference is weight and torque. The 14 will have lower torque (low torque=a plus for riding on the street), but at the trade off of slower steering form the longer wheel base and weight. Again on the street this makes for an over stable bike. On the other hand I own an R1. The R1 makes more than enough power for just cruising around at 3-4K RPM, it is lighter (but not uncontrollable) and more fun in the curves IMO. So it depends on what your wanting out of your next bike. Being that you are 140lbs I would think that a heavy wouldn't suit you as much as the R1, but again that's just my opinion.

Thank you everyone. To make things more secure i will go get a loan. Its a 50 buck process. My city does not have many sport bike for sale so i will stick to this one. Its local so I dont have to drive. I think its a freat deal. I seen it in person. Although it take them 2-3 days for statement of payoff to be receive. In the meantime i will set the loan up and buy insurance and will drop it to pip. Will post pics cross my finger. The sound is awsome
