Finally got around to putting this together. We had about 18 people show up. You could say the 2 guys in front of me have little to no regard for their safety.

I remember when I was driving through Idaho when I was moving to Seattle thinking about how awesome those roads would be on a bike.

Thanks! I guess we're just used to the roads. Although there is a section of that loop that should have fresh pavement next year.

Try apexing later. I think you'll find it opens up the corners for you a lot more and allows you to make considerably less mid corner steering inputs (which are bad)

Very scenic though.

I was wondering that too. You can kinda see it at the 1:54 mark on the video. You can see the rpm counter moving.

If you don't mind me asking, is it a good all around bike? It makes around 120 hp doesn't it?

Is it pretty comfortable?

Oh I love it, @ 5'10" I think it fits me perfect.

As far as comfort I wouldn't rate it very high. I've ridden a 2012 GSXR 1000, a 2008 R6, a 2006 R6s and my 636 was the least comfortable of any of them. Mainly because it feels like the reach to the bars is farther. It also has a higher seat than any of those bikes.

But when it comes to twisties, which is what I bought it for I wouldn't want anything else.
