I still miss it in some ways, especially after seeing a friend rock hers all last weekend at Barber.

First streetbike I ever owned was a 91 ZX600R. Man I hated that bike!

You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

EX500 Bought it cheap, ixed it up and rode it for a couple years before upgrading and selling it for about double what I paid. One of the best reasons to start on a bike like that.

KLR250. Hate it, but also love it way too much to get rid of it.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350. This is how I got to school every day. Such a fun bike and that sweet single cylinder thump was a joy to listen to. I wish I had room for more than one bike so that I can get one of these to have and putter around NYC with.

1999 CBR600. I miss that bike... even though my 07 gsxr6 is better in every way. Had ugly mismatched fairings and electrical gremlins the whole time I owned it... but man that bike was awesome..
If I could buy it back from the moron I sold it to, I would. This person called me a few hours after I dropped the bike off, complaining that he couldn't get it to start. He had spent half an hour trying to turn the key into "ignition" to start it like a car. So yeah if that's any indication, my cbr is looooong gone in some scrap heap somewhere.
