1970 Honda QA50. I can't imagine how many hours I spent in the backyard riding my loop track but I remember I didn't have to steer from the groove that was worn in the dirt.

My first motorized two-wheeler was a Honda Hobbit moped in high school. But it did not ignite any passion; it just got me around town until I could get a car. Pic below, except that mine did not have the windshield or bags.
My first real motorcycle was a 1976 Honda CB360T, bought at a garage sale for $25 (including helmet). Pic below also, of one the same as mine was, but in better shape than mine.

Funny story on the z50 that I had then:
had it modded out, lol, cut part of the muffler off to make it really loud, got special brackets for the handlebars so I could mount motocross style handle bars on it, and put a quick twist throttle on it that got it to full throttle with just a 1/4 turn of the original.
Modded the yamaha out too:
Easy mod it was to do though. went to the Yamaha dealer, bought a 175 cyl and piston, slapped them right on; then went to the swap meet with a friend an found a Hodaka high comp head that fit right on the cylinder. Also got a 250cc carb for it too. Bought a J&B down pipe for it too and it took off really fast( or at least I thought it took off fast at the time, lol).
Wow those monkey bikes bring back memories. The rich kids had the bikes with suspensions I just had hard tail and forked minibikes. My first street bike was a 1983 V45 Sabre.
