Except that the RC-51 has dual exhaust, and when looking from the front (of course not noticeable in this pic) it has ram air in between the headlights. Not to mention the radiators on the sides.

I'm good for 6 out of 10 of those and the four I don't know are just because I don't know the displacement... because I don't give a fuck about suzuki or honda.

And has inverted forks, the aluminum (cage style) fairing stay, dual exhaust with ridiculous angle, swingarm, and the rear cowl.
If anything, it looks more like 929/954, and even then, its not close enough.

2 - Daytona 675
3 - R1
4 - CBR600RR
5 - CBR500

The displacement for those bikes are easy.
For the Gsxrs look at the head and the exhaust and you can tell the liter from the 600/750. Between the 600 and the 750 the only thing to tell them apart is the stock fairing colors, which the 600 has more of and the 750 has different ones. The only color they share is the blue/white scheme if I am not mistaken.
For the ninjas , the zx6r as a bigger side exhaust and a slimmer front cowling set up than the zx10r. The zx10r looks fatter on the side fairings, has a pointy front end and an outline that goes around the the front portion of the side fairings where the radiator(?) is. Another way to tell for the current zx10r is if you can pretend that the front wheel and forks are not there, the zx10 looks like an oversized fish with it's mouth wide open and cheeks puffed out.

I nailed the 600s, and the R1 and the GSX-R1000... Not so familiar with the 1000rr or the ZX10-R though.

Read the above for the zx10r, and for the current gen cbr1000RR, the head looks like the face of person who just had his nose punched in.

Easy.
1. Suzuki GSXR
2. Triumph 675
3. R1
4. 600RR
5. 2012 CBR1000RR
6. R6
7. ZX10R
8. Another GSXR (Gixxer's all look the same! )
No I didn't cheat either. The only confusing one is 1 and 8. You can't really tell too much if they're 600's or 1k's in those pics alone.

Yeah, but isn't the whole point of motorcycles to make them different enough to be able to tell them apart without knowing that x bike has this exhaust and Y bike has this one? Or that one has a different front cowl?
I mean- you have to KNOW which is which to tell them apart. They don't make it obvious which one is their premiere bike, and that drives me nuts.
Like the 848 and 1098. They were literally identical in almost every way. Same with the 748/996, 749/999, etc. Take the badges off and you'd have no idea which is which.
Anyways- yeah. That's how you tell them apart. But all bikes look the fucking same these days, for the most part.
I got them all right, but I had to look at them and think about it for a few minutes. Except for the triumph.... but even then, it's starting to look more and more like the jap crap.
I'll take my BMW any day... unmistakable when you look at it.
