Default Obligatory New Bike Pics

Here's my 2006 Yamaha R6 Raven.
6,500 miles and a bunch of mods. Scratch free.

I'm absolutely in love!
Here are some crappy 2MP pictures.

I want to think everyone here who contributes to this forum. I wouldn't be able to transition as easily from the 250 to the 600 if it wasn't for all the helpful posts I read here.

Looks good. I've always viewed the R6 as the sexiest 600 period.

Congrats!

Keep it locked up tight. It's going to be a bigger target for theft than your 250r, especially in the city. There is a newish blue 250r that parks on my street all the time and has never been stolen, but a friend parked his cbr1000rr repsol on the street for a couple hours and it was gone.

I was planning to commute to work on it whenever the weather is good. I work in Midtown Manhattan. Beside having insurance, what would you recommend I do to avoid getting it stolen? I live in a good area and I have it garaged and/or locked up with a Farggetaboutit Kryptonite chain. The only time it'll be out my sight or a few hours is my work.
