I don't think so, he's a lot more like Simoncelli or Stoner, he's very loose on the bike and likes to slide. Rossi is more smooth and controlled. Iannone has never had a really good bike and has been on a small independent team. Will be interesting to see what he can do.

Love Hayden's attitude. That guy is pure class, and pure badass.

What the hell are they talking about? Could they ride his sack any harder? Hayden didn't podium all season and that's considered frequently outpacing his teammate?

No, I think frequently outpacing his teammate is considering frequently outpacing his teammate. A quick look at the stats shows that he qualified ahead of Rossi in 11 races, and finished ahead of him in 6. I think it's fair to call that "frequent."

So he finished ahead of Rossi 1/3 of the time... That's frequent? *shrugs* Not to discredit Hayden's ability in any way, but that particular comment was a bit overzealous, IMHO.

Yes 1/3 of the time is frequent, you don't have to defend your hero everytime someone else shows skill.

Hypothetical question: Pedrosa won seven races this year, which coincidentally works out to about 1/3 of the time as well. Would you consider it out of line to say that he won "frequently" this year?
I wouldn't.
