Just 4 miles from where I live. I would like to point out that the amount apparently stolen sounds very very inflated. I would also like to point out this happened 2 weeks after notorious bike thief Jimmy Tan was released from jail.. Is it coincidence? Maybe.. But its a good starting point.

I wouldn't think bikes would work all that well on waxed floors like they have in most malls in the states.

I in no way condone theft, but that's kind of awesome.

Just think about it, somewhere in England right now, a real life version of "Snatch" is taking place...Bricktop, Borris the Bullet Dodger, Turkish, Tommy, Tyrone....Anyone know anything about the unlicensed boxing scene in England?

I'd like to know how it even happened.. Shouldn't it have been a red flag for security when people started bringing their bikes into the mall..?

The thing is, knowing that cops don't have guns you just have to outrun them...
Last time some thieves tried to pull that stunt in Mexico City, 2 of them were shot and a third one escaped.

Thats why they set the sweeny on them , they do have guns . Unlikley even if an armed response unit was there that any shots would be fired . It aint worth it for some watches .Let em go , pick em later at your leisure . They got the last gang that were doing this without to much trouble , plus some of the bigger fish with them . They used KTM superdukes as getaway bikes .

Whenever I hear about a heist or robbery, I always think of this... it's pretty funny.

I didn't know about this alternative line of "work" of yours...
But seriously, it's because of people like this that I just can't ride into the stores without being harrassed by security.
