There was one for sale here that I test rode a couple years ago. From what I've gathered that's one of only TWO to ever enter the country. What an awesome bike. In fact, inspired by that test ride I started to fantasize with a 900SS Ducati.
I guess I'm not doing too bad now, but I still fancy those "simpler" air cooled, grunty bikes

Well, the XT660X is actually a better base than the MT-03 to build a corner scalpel...
It just needs $3000 in suspension to get there
Sad truth is, the SZR didn't succeed where it counts, sales. It's replacement is much more of a commuter/urban bike.

The WR is also a dirt bike (they've had inverted forks for awhile now) and costs about 1.5-2 times as much as I would expect the 250 to cost
Edit: Missed prior response...

$54K for that one
Can I have one without the carbon fiber (make it fiber glass), billet parts, and make it 200lbs and 40hp for $8K? lol

OMG THAT THING LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
It may be my Yamaha fever (currently obsessed with R6 and R1) but this 250 looks WAY better than the Ninja or CBR 250s. It actually looks like a R6 and R1 had and gave birth to this creature.

Unfortunately that is a pretty good photochop of an R6 with some deceving side decals. A sweet bike, but not what it would look like in real life.
