I always like the SX4 crossover hatchback. Its so roomy and comfortable. Too bad, they had a niche going but somehow blew it. Their image was corky small SUVs and 3 cylinder cars.

I suggest you read the article, its the US auto/car division only, the Power sports (bikes ATV's Marine etc) division will continue as per normal.

I never considered Suzuki a car company. I won't miss their cars. It seemed that the engineers lacked passion and soul.

Only Suzy I ever owned broke. Kinda soured me a bit. Wasn't aware companies could just declare Chapter 11 for funnies and business as usual.

Chapter 11 is just for "restructuring", it will allow them to ditch a bunch of overhead.

They are giving up entirely on cars and trucks. I'd guess they just don't want the automotive division to bring down the entire company. It's not like if their other ventures were doing so good, they can't afford to keep that division alive.
