Default What is my bike worth?

I love my bike but I have been really debating on whether to sell and move on to a new one. Have my eyes set on a 675R.

Can someone please give me an honest opinion on what u think my bike is worth? Should I part it out then try and sell or sell as a whole?

What it's "worth" and what you can expect to get for it in today's economy are 2 different worlds. But here's my 2 cents.

--all those mods you listed don't mean squat in regards to the price
--23K miles isn't a lot, but it will seem that way to many perspective buyers
--the bike is 6 years old

So, while you might be able to hold out for more, I'd say you can expect offers from $2500-$3500 (with $3500 being a realistic max you might get).

The economy still sucks, and sportbikes just aren't in too many people's budgets.

I'd say 6k as is. Not sure how many are for sale in your area though. List it at 6700 or something

Are you high?



I'm with L8 Braker... In street trim with a clean title you might get closer to the mid-4K range, but as a track bike you'll be lucky to break 3k.

it is used on the street and the track. i have stock body work and have clean title.

i guess yea for a higher price i would be looking for a buyer who rides both who might appreciate the extras. dont really want to part out.

does it really matter too much to people. "been on the track"

whats the difference between that and riding agressively on the street or in the canyons?

as long as the bike is properly maitananced, whats the big deal.

People that don't know any better assume that being on the track means that it's been flogged to fck and thrown down two dozen times. Honestly though, if you try and tell me you're as hard on your bike on the street as you are on the track, you're not just lying to me; you're lying to yourself.

Put it back to stock trim, sell all the aftermarkets on ebay or forums. You will get around 4k for the bike, you will probably end up with 5500 after selling off the spares. This time of year your not going to get prime dollar for it. But 3500 is way low of an estimate even this time of year and current economy.

Gotta disagree and here's why. I buy and sell bikes all the time, its what I do for extra cash. Maybe in your neck of the words there's no one with enough cash to purchase a bike, but here in arkansas I know what I could get out of the bike, and I know what the aftermarket parts are worth. 4k is a reasonable amount to pay for a k6 in stock trim, with a few aftermarket touches that wouldn't be worth removing(upgraded brake lines and filter) all the other stuff goes on ebay or forums


Scorpion slipon 250
power commander 200
Vortex rearsets 200
Vortex levers 100
hotbodies race glass 400 (lowside)
Extra fairing stay 75 each
Ect ect ect.

5500 after its made stock and aftermarkets are sold out is my estimate still.
