That's true, but I was talking more about the 675R. Isn't that price only slightly cheaper than a BMW S1000RR?

Sorry, but it looks terrible. Abysmal. I fell in love with the original 675 and this just craps all over it.

yeah, sure, for you fuckers that live a stones throw from the border.
I'm 8 hours from the border. plus whatever drive I have to endure to actually get to the bike AFTER the border crossing.
fuck that noise. it's cheaper for me to shop local, well, relatively. I'm willing to drive as far as edmonton for a bike.
after that, eff it. there's gotta be something I like closer.
as for this, hell I like it.

you could always buy a bike, new or used, from a reputable dealer in the states and have it shipped. shipping won't be cheap, but if you save $3-5k on sale price, what's $500-$1000 for shipping?
and if what rhetoric says is true, i would probably buy a new bike or two every year and turn them over in spring for profit. is it difficult to register a US model, or are there limits on how many you can register?

ya know, I could do that.
then I realize.... reputable dealers is a bit of an oxymoron.
and THEN I realize: I can't afford to buy a brand new bike anyway. so I quit thinkin about it.

you could buy used from a dealer, and you forget that you're on a massive motorcycle forum with active members in every major city. if you found a used bike at a dealer in milwaukee, i would go check it out for you, I'm betting that many members would check out a bike for you if you asked.

You haven't read much of my posting history have you?
Most people on here would probably tell me a bike with 1 wheel, half a spark plug, and no forks was a damn fine deal, after the "discussions" had.
