Went to visit a buddy and his apartment had so many speed bumps. Was able to squeez in the sides of some, but the last one I had no choice but to go over. I approached it slowly but when the front wheel went over I feel it hit the bottom pretty hard. Made a loud noise even through my head phones and felt the hard scrape and vibration. Bike run well after though. Just got home and going to do some inspection. By any chance is this something to worry about?
Your probably ok.. Fork seals I wouldnt sweat a bit.. Only damage I can image being done if you were being careful and not doing 50mph when you hit it would be cracked or broken plastics, leaking oil pan or maybe some sort of other scrapes to the bottom. Check it over and roll on
I was actually going slow and careful. I stood up on the pegs and it still hit. Those stupid speed bumps man. No sir my bike is now lowered. Had another bad luck today guys. I appreciate answers for my new post.
