Yes. I have a dealer here in town. He started them up for me. Its a Ducati motor in a custom chassis. Assembled by hand. Very cool machines. But its not worth that kind of coin. Unless you have lots of money to burn.
I've seen quite a few, and they are beautifully made, and usually gorgeous (although they have made a few with questionable styling). I've sat on some, although I have not yet actually ridden one.
My favorite of the older models was the SB6, with the direct frame from the steering head to the swingarm pivots -- a beautiful design.
If I was to be seriously looking at a new bike, one of the things I would be absolutely sure to do is get a testride on a Tesi 3D. That would be a top contender.

That Tesi 3D is a beautiful machine. I could literally pull up a chair and sit in front of one for hours just taking in all the beautifully machined parts and how they all fit together.
Local BMW/Ducati/Yamaha/Harley dealership (yeah - odd mix) around here carries Bimotos as well. You're not allowed to sit on them tho
