Around Cville, where 64 meets the BRP. From there head south down the BRP for as long as time permits for the ride home. We will for sure be going unless its raining, I dont care about cold or anything like that but I do not really like riding in the rain.

I'll have to think about it. That's a 7 hour ride plus stops for me. If the weathers good and I don't have too much schoolwork and I suck up to my girlfriend enough, then I might be able to get away for it.

We were there yesterday(in the car) and it looked awesome. It was also packed too

Saw this cub in a tree about 5 feet from the road as it stopped traffic in both directions

That's the beauty of living in Connecticut. If I or one of my countrymen request a meeting, it's never too far to travel. Of course, I tend to go west to New York when I ride, but...you get the picture.

Hey, about what time are you guys meeting up? If the weathers nice I think I'll make it up. Just make sure on the parkway you guys aren't speeding much. They're really cracking down, so I personally don't really want to be going much more than like 5 over. 10 at the absolute most.

+1 I agree!! Keeping the speed down on the parkway is what I am going to do. If some people want to speed they can go right ahead, but I am not. In Newport News they are meeting at 8 oclock. That group will meet my group in Richmond at 10. We are hoping to be ready to head down the parkway around 1130-12 after getting lunch/gas and everything. Not sure where you would want to meet us at but we are hitting the parkway up by Charlotsville where 64 meeets with the BRP.

My work scheduled me on this day, I am really upset. I'm trying to get my shift covered, but we're short staffed even with US unemployment rate so high? I don't get it.

Ok. looks like it's just over 2 hours for me to get there, all slabbing, blah. But I could probably make it up. I'll just have to leave around 9:30ish and grab some gas and lunch up there.

As of right now, the inaccurate weather forecast a week in advance is for 60's and partly cloudy. If that's the case, then I'll be up.

Sounds good, if its raining we are not going. I dont care how cold it is but I definatly do not want to ride in the rain. Lets cross our fingers and hope it stays clear.
