Default The stupidest thing done on a motorcycle.

I'm hesitant to say, for legal reasons and my flame retardant suit couldn't stand up to what I'd hear. So, I'll leave it in mostly anonymous poll form.

13 points.

Top speed runs and passing on double yellows for me. I'll still do both on occasion but it's getting more and more infrequent.

There are plenty of times on two-lane highways where passing on a double yellow is not dangerous. I'd say running from the cops and drunk riding are the top 2. Running from the cops being a high speed chase, not simply turning into a neighborhood quickly to avoid them.

No gear, even though it was just down my block for ~.2 miles to see if everything was in working order.

Yeah, there are lots of other good potential options. I figure the last thing said about me will be; "witnesses said" ... "was weaving in and out of traffic before the accident"

Being drunk constitutes being drunk. No one can say to you "yeah, one/two beers," because two beers for a 200 pound guy over 2 hours isn't the same as two beers in twenty minutes to a 140 pound Native American guy.
