Damn...interesting stuff ITT....I switched to state farm, saved HUNDREDS of dollars a year and never looked back. They have been great with me, never raised rates, etc....

Progressive was RAPING me on the rates, but like someone said, that was 3 years ago and maybe things have changed?

Ok, I didn't read what others said but I have had bad experiences with State Farm.

As soon as they get a hint of trouble they will find a way to dump you. No need to get into details but it was just as dumb as yours.

Trick is to never have a lapse in coverage. If you're covered then keep it covered, even if it's going to be I pieces in your garage for a year.

Because they are insuring BOTH of them. If the roof of your garage caves in, are you only going to ask for payment for one?
