06 and 07 Yamaha R1 colour codes (Euro and NA)?

I'm wondering if someone can help me out.

I love the 2007 black Yamaha R1 from Europe.. their colour scheme is all black, and the 2006 version in North America models appears similar except the side fairing appears matte/charcoal in colour and the rest of the body is black. Am I correct? *see pictures below*

I don't have the bike yet, but was thinking of picking up an 06 model (Raven model), but obtaining the colour code from yamaha and painting both side fairings black too match the entire bike. This essential would make it appear like the Euro, 2007 model.

Are both blacks the same colour code from North America and Europe?

Europe picture #1 and North America is #2

I'm looking to obtain the gloss black, not matte. And I would prefer to have the factory colour code so no errors are made.

Same thing for gloss black... black is black. If you get black, you got the same thing as factory black.
