Woo Hoo!! Casey Stoner is No.1, yet again.
Oh, It must be that Ducati horsepower, hey guys
That was one of the best races I have seen in a long time. The Stoner/Rossi battle was epic. Go Stoner, you good thing!

Yeah it was a good race. I watched a little bit of the CBS broadcast also... eh it was kind of boring announcer wise. I like schwantz(sp) and all but no excitement. Still think the british ones are the best. I did like the little interview he did with stoner and hopkins @ the end though!

Good job stoner he earned it! Can't wait till next race hopefully Hopkins and Rossi will be 1-2.

oh and Hopkins sunglasses looks like cyclops!

That was a great race, back and forth back and forth. But that Ducati power really pulled through when it came to the straight aways...basically won the race for him in the second to last lap

Stoner didn't just win on the straight aways. Didn't you notice he passed Rossi more than once on a few turns. Once when Rossi went wide and another time on the inside (just a few examples). Rossi even caught up to him a few times and passed him at least once on a straight away. Hell even Pedrosa passed Rossi once on a straight line.

Great Race!!

thats why stoner can even get close enough in the corners to make the pass, cause his bike makes up so much time in the straights....cant argue with that.

Great racing towards the end. Stoner should thank the Ducati engineers more because without that extra 10mph on the straight he would have been back fighting with Hopper IMHO.

Like someone said earlier, I too think the Brits to a much better job with the play-by-play. That and I really didn't like how CBS skipped the regular post race press conference. I really like it when they sit the podium finishers a the table and talk to all three of them. DIDN'T EVEN TALK TO ROSSI!! How do you broadcast a MotoGP race ... where Rossi ws challenging for the win and finished 2nd ... without interiewing the best rider, maybe ever? How?!?!

Given that Stoner's advantage today was all of 2.5 mph on average, yes you can.

I thought Schwantz did a good job with the commentary, and the other guy was at least smart enough to shut up when Schwantz was talking. They were miles better than Speed's anouncers.

Doesn't speed just leave the regular MotoGP annoucers? The British guys?! If so... your smoking crack if you think they(CBS crew) were better.

Um.... my local CBS station didn't air the race! WTF? It's 2:40 on Sunday and it's nothing but golf...

Edit:
I just realized the race time wasn't localized! It aired at 10:30AM here!

Speed uses their own announcers for the American GP and of course all AMA races.

My worthless eval...

I didn't like the announcers...Schwantz just dosen't have what it takes to do the announcer thing...He couldn't pull his eyes away from the cue cards long enough to make any eye contact with the camera...And his voice just wasn't getting the emotions flowing, like a good caller should do...

Congrats to Casey...It was like Balboa and Creed...Punch after punch, they kept knocking each other down...But that Duc just has something more in those straights...If you take away that advantage, Rossi runs away with it...

Elias did his usual thing...And how about that Kawi?

Does anybody want to get a pool together to predict when Nicky is going to air his grievances?
