$2K? That ain't bad. Assuming it has no obvious turds in its punchbowl; it's a Honda...'nuff said. 30k is broken in and not much more. Put 20,000 miles on it and sell it for $1700. My old Hurricane (That's a CBR F1 for you young'ens out there) is still today a much better bike than I will ever be a rider.

The entire CBR lineup is nothing but good, honest machinery. Japanese engineering at its finest. Hook up onto a CBR-specific web forum...there's lots of knowledge to be had on this line.

sounds like a good deal, as long as the engine still pulls. Those F3's were pretty bullit proof, so if she was taken care of, it would be a good deal. Whats the body like? Hows she run?

so fair i found one small crack in the plastic, and one small dent on the right side of the tank. looks like she was because the two previous owners wrote down everytime they changed the oil and when ever they done something too

it

I write the milage on the receipt for the oil + filter everytime I do an oil change. Then there is no dispute about whether I take care of my shit.

Post pics man! Its against SBN policy to make a thread about buying a bike with out them

ive looked into cbr specific forums and trust me, there aren't very many people that still ride the old bikes...most have 99+ models
