If someone did that to me, and I knew their name, I'd settle the score on my terms. By the time I finished, they would have wished I would have went through the courts.

Thumbs down

Dude that's out of control. Definitely report it at the least.

I had a pretty serious wtf cager encounter today as well. I was in slow moving traffic on a two lane road. Next thing I know a black nissan maxima flies up beside me on the shoulder from several cars back, swerves half way into the space between me and the car ahead, then back onto the shoulder and hauls past traffic up to a right turn lane.

I relish riding even more knowing that the very sight of me minding my own business on a motorcycle fucking pushes people's buttons. disphit cagers lol

Yea not like the guy wanted to cut in line where there was an open space and didnt see you or anything. That would make too much sense.

He needs pay for what he did. But on the other hand if you file a case against him he can get your name and address through the court papers and f@*k with you even more.He seems to be capable of that considering what he did. I would just let it go. Not worth it in the long run.

You know riding like a "prick", cutting to the front, splitting, going round cars like there aren't there really does save your ass some time.

Little bit of a rant here, but just passing on a little law knowledge. All you can do is file a report on what happened, the police will investigate if they want, and a DA can press charges. From a personal level, you can file a civil claim. In this case it would be the cost of the fender and maybe some emotional distress or something. Not enough damages to cover the cost of a lawyer.

And this is why people continue to do the shit they do. No one ever calls him out on it, so he continues to do it.

Burn his house down. With him in it.

Seriously you need to file a report - he may do this to someone else and hurt them.

I would contact the police and file a report and press charges, this may not have been his first time or last time to do this.
