Cool The Ultimate Seat MOD! PICS & Tutorial to come!

This Tuesday I am doing a massive renovation on my seat. After riding 145mi through the Valley of Fire last week, my ass was fucking dieing. It felt like it had been beat to a bloody pulp. Now I know how the OZ inmates feel. It was hell and the Honda stock seats suck. As for many other stock seats, I am sure they pretty much suck too. So I researched a butt load of information, found a few minor custom seat mods but nothing detailed. So for all my SBN homies I plan on creating the the Ultimate Seat Mod Tutorial with PICS! This is going to freaking rock. I went to JoAnnes Fabric and got 2 yards of Leather looking vinyl. Looks almost exactly like my tank bag. It was 60% off and only ended up putting me in hole for $3.18! HAH! I have already tried getting some custom seat creation's seat covers from eBay but this lady doesn't know how to create a decent seat cover so I gave them to my friend that's going to help me. Anyway my main goal while doing this research was to figure out the best way to mold foam. Basically what I got from everyone was to use an electric carving knife and a electric sander. We got those, so now for the foam. I was planning on just shaving the foam and sanding it to perfection so that it was more plyable. I plan on using some of Corbin's techniques. They airate the foam with steam, I have one of those Scucci steamers that I will use to airate it. Then I was just going to carve it to fit my custom ass. Well, after doing a lot of thinking that just sucks for everyone else. My ass is different then others. I want to help myself and everyone else at the same time. NO ONE should be limited on their riding by a stupid freaking seat. SO in conclusion I found a $10 dollar ZINUS memory foam pillow at Wal-Mart. It's too hard for you head, but perfect for your ass. This is going to rock the casba! I'm telling what, once the foam has been molded to perfection for the seat so that the vinyl will fit right.......this will be the best seat in town. Corbin uses memory cell technology, which I haven't sat on one but I think it's sort of like memory foam. Visco elastic cells use pressure and temperature to mold your body. The only question I have is....how will it hold up here in the desert? Or even in humidity? The good thing about this is you wont have to destroy your stock seat! You just cut up a $10 piece foam and your done. Plus, you don't have to replace your seat cover if you don't want to. You can just peel it back, add the foam & re-staple. Everyone that has replaced seat cover recommended 2 people. I think if you have clamps you could do it alone. But that would risk the material's integrity. So I will just get help and take a lot pictures. I really hope this works out for me. If it does, and I am successful I plan on convincing Kill Switch in doing his SV650 seat too. I might even be able to get my other buddies seat done on his FT500 Honda that really needs a new seat cover on it! I will keep everyone posted!

Ultimate seat mod , well i was thinking of a vibrating egg or something for the back seat for a little more enjoyment for my wife. Not to mention she would be wet to her knees and ready to go when ever we stop.

AHHHAH! Trust me, this seat is designed for the driver in mind. Screw the passenger for now. Although I may have extra foam after carving it. I may end up just putting it back there in the back of the seat. This is going to be fun though. I can't wait.

Thanks for the support. Even if the seat cover doesn't go over well I'm almost positive that foam will work out fine!

Believe it or not, I've seen one of these for sale. Actually, I probably saw it on here from someone that posted a link or something. Anyway, somehow it would vibrate in accordance to the bikes RPMs. It'd be kinda cool if you were giving a new chick a ride, and surprise her with it. I wouldn't actually ever get one, but they do exist.

I don't know about the foam, but I fucking love my Corbin seat. It's infinitely more comfortable than the stock nut-buster.

Plus you have the added benefit of the memory foam creating a perfect mold of your ass and nutsack that will last for 5 minutes after you get off the bike.
