I know why he didn't take pictures of the bodies, but I think if he would have, then more than just a few newbies would he scared into beginning on a smaller bike, and respecting it as well. Sorry for the sidetracking...
Anyways, RIP, it was still stupid, but hindsight is 20/20...

i was hoping to see some uh gruesome photos. Just the reality of acting stupid.
Helmet wont save your ass at all.
The difference between a track racer and a guy on the street. The guy on the street is going 160mph to 0 in 1/16 of a second.
The racer doesn't face large enough Gs to injure their body internally.
There was a post in the old forum of the worst or "damn" types of pictures of motorcycle wrecks.

I'm sure those pics were taken by the Public Relations Officer at their Fire Dept, every good sized dept has one. They only release certain photos, mainly for the sake of the family, I'm surprised he was allowed to even post those pics (if he actually was given permission). I've got alot of cool pictures of accidents, fires, etc, that I was told to never share. He's probably under the same general rules as other fire depts have.

I remember a while back there was some pics on some mustang forum I think that had a Harley rider and his wife went head on with some beast of a truck, his helmet was imbedded into the brush guard on the truck, that was one of the worst pics I've seen. Anyone remember that? Got links?
