Holy crap! I've seen that bike countless times as I live in Utica, NY. In fact, it took best bike at an Import Car bike show at Six Flags and I think it won something at the big show in the Syracuse fairgrounds. I was always wondering why someone would do that to a bike..........but I have to say the work was done excellently and it looks great in person (except for the stupid third wheel).

Ever meet a lovely young thing out on the road and ask her if she wanted to go for a ride with you only to be told, "Gee, I'd love to, but I'm with my girlfriend."
|
Okay...he added a third wheel...not a third seat...so i'm lost then

Yeah like the 4 wheel ones and the 3 wheels. Now we got a variation, now we have inline three wheel, and trike formation. Now all we need is front two wheels and one rear wheel to complete the gambit of stupidity.

I know the guy. Not personally, but I've talked to him a few times and a welder I know is good friends with him. The bike was built by LBF (Louder Badder Faster) in Albany, NY. There is no power to the rear wheel, and he did it "just to be different." He does ride it tough, I've never seen him trailer it. I don't know if you can see it in the pic but it has an ostrich covered seat, very pimp.
Anyway, I think it's cool. He obviously isn't hitting the twisties (which is a shame cuz that's all we got up there) and riding wheelies but he built the bike to win shows and that's what he's doing. I don't know what makes someone a dumbass for trying to do something different.

Now recovered. $3000 and 400 miles of bad wheelie attempts, she's as good as new.
