Default yoshi's sound a little loud...

now as most of yall know yoshi's aren't loud, but a guy in town recently got a pair for his 04 R1, and they sound great!(loud) why is this? because its a dual? or its on a bigger engine bike? why cant it sound like that on my gixxer?

couldnt say. he mightve had a full system, but there are many variables as to why X exhaust is louder than Y exhaust. the M4 system on my bike was alot louder than M4 systems i heard on other bikes. go ask the guy about em.

The r1 exhaust kits are a little louder because it's an underseat style. There are space restrictions so the cans and baffles are smaller.
