Well with supply and demand what it is, I do not see why OEM accessories should be cheaper. This is especially true in BMW's case, considering their limited number of bikes sold in the U.S.

While ABS will help with panic braking, it is not going to save you from most of the situations that can happen when you are "less than alert". That said, I do not miss ABS.
