FZ6If you’re looking for one bike to perform a multitude of missions, look no further.
Take it from Cycle World* Magazine - “For a more advanced rider looking for a bike to do it all, there is no other choice.”
Thanks everyone for the feedback... sorry for answering late... I`ve been on vacation
Still waiting to get the Police report... but I went to check out the triumphs in person, along with the Harley Davidson dealership (), and I have to say right now my top contender is:
I still love the Speed & Street triples, but seeing them in person made me think of lots of mods I`d have to do... then looking at this Buell in person (it was showcased at the dealership), I just thought it was perfect just as it was sitting there in its translucent blue color...
Well man, it certainly is a unique bike.. i still vote for one of the triples, but I can see why you like the Buell. The simplicity, stub tail, and underslung exhaust give it an interesting appeal.
Thanks J... I was almost set on the triples... the speed particularly (after the dealer told me he would give me an '07 black speed with some mods for the same OTD price as the '08 Street)...
I was seriously considering signing on the dotted line.
But then we stopped at the HD/Buell dealership and I saw that bike... I won`t make a cliche remark on how I felt, but you get the picture checked the specs and felt it would give me reasonable power for my fun in the twisties, but most importantly the power would be readily available down in low rpms... where I really want them for my next bike.
The clean look, fully adjustable suspension and again the blue translucent plastics sealed the deal.
As nice as SOME of the Buells look, there are some major drawbacks(for me atleast)... That front braking system just looks cheap, I think its part of my OCD but I like things "balanced" so only one rotor kinda freaks me out. The low fuel capacity, I think my CBR is about as low as I'd want(~4 gallons). And it is powered by a Harley motor, meh. tell you what though... If they put the Rotax motor in the Firebolt(and found a better, more aesthetically pleasing way to mount some radiators) it would be on the top of my list.

As the cars roar into Pennsylvania, the cradle of liberty, it seems apparent that our citizens are staying off the streets, which may make scoring particularly difficult, even with this year's rule changes. To recap those revisions: women are still worth 10 points more than men in all age brackets, but teenagers now rack up 40 points, and toddlers under 12 now rate a big 70 points. The big score: anyone, any sex, over 75 years old has been upped to 100 points.
