finally naked pics

well I put my bike on the road for the first time since my get off. Not totally done, and not legal to ride on the road yet, but I couldnt resist. I also need a paintjob, but I dunno what color to paint it. Black, keep the faster red, or some unique color. Anyways here it is, sorry about crappy pics they were taken from my macbook pro in a dark garage.

That looks good. I see your from Lancaster. I don't live too far away in Middletown. Looking to do the naked conversion sometime soon.

That looks like wavex's Version 2.0 went and got embarrassed! (it turned red...duh...lol).

Looks SWEET!!! I'm going to have to agree that I like the white idea. But here's another one for you and you'd be unique if you went this way...how about green??? No, no, not Kawasaki green, but dark green...evergreen...something like that? I think that would look NICE!

looks sick as all hell, cant see in the photo to well but do you have clipons? and what type of head light is that. looking at doing the naked my self. and ya white is bad ass.

Actually, it looks like V1.1 (gixxer K5), not V2.0 (gixxer K4)

headlight is a gixxer K5 headlight with custom mini fairing... the mini fairing is custom made by a shop in france: KMP - Spécialiste de la pièce détachée de GSX-R de 1985 à nos jours.

Looks good man! I'm a fan of the red. I say keep it. Only way I'd suggest white is if you're willing to pony up the cash for a pearl white.

yup franke's old headlight, got a hell of a deal for it. and yea its a k5, with the turnsignals in the headlights.

about the turn signals, the ones that came with my headlight were super weak... how are yours?

mine are pretty good, im not too worried about people seeing them from the front, just getting hit in the back.

yeah I think mine were not the proper bulbs... you could barely see them during the day, with the headlight on.

Need better pics!!! I say paint it all black with a white double-stripe in the middle
