Ok, someone said someone asked me a question so I came back to this thread i dont even know what that phrase 'a bust' means unless you're talking about a drug bust. That's some punk ass east coast slang, nagger!

All I know is that once I get my M4 pipes, my e-penis is going to be 4" bigger

damn bro, that really sucks. let us know what they say. It has to be warrantied for a year.
if they try to dick you around, let them know that an interstate class-action lawsuit will go to federal court, and there aren't a lot of interstate commerce attorneys out there...i.e. it'll be very expensive and so-purchasers will have your back. i still have some basic law books and will help you if I can...but they probably read these boards so we should keep details to PM's if you get dicked.
they'll probably exchange them though unless they're total dicks.

Yea do post pics. The warranty is a good thing. I'd wait till the year was about up, and the pipes collected enough wear and tear maybe cracking before claiming an exchange request. Anyway I'm sure you still love them.

to be honest, in my trade, its normal for warranty return shipping to be paid by the claimer...i'm not saying its right, but for your own benefit, it might be best if you didn't make a big stink out of it and just paid the $20.

"A bust" in the sense YOUNG CEEZ used it meant the Two Bros group buy wasn't going to happen - like busted... broken.

Congrats on your impending enhancement. Hope your tip isn't cracked. I HATE when that happens.

In the first picture you can see how the fender eliminator does not reach the M4 supplied bracket. This was a factory Fender Elim when the previous owner bought the bike.

The second picture is of the bracket. How come it is hugging the left muffler? I really just want to cut off the T-part of this bracket and be done. I really dont need it it seems.

Third pic is how close it is to the frame. Is this correct?

Fourth pic is the reat tail bolts hitting the strap bolts....any ides on this one? The bolts they supplied I didnt think were long enough. Looks like I will have to try again.

Thanks for the info.
did you try bending it? heat it up with a torch first

after I mounted the tail back on it was off but about .25 of an inch...I just pushed it toward the front of the bike and quickly got a screw in...all good now.

next problem is fixing the garage door torsion spring so I can get the bike out...been busted for over a month.

The M4s look and sound great. There are very small cracks in the carbon tip portion but too small to even notice. And being it's chilly in PA today, you can see about 90% or more of the exhaust is coming out the passengers side pipe due to the 90 degree mid pipe design. But you gotta remember, most Sportbikes have one muffler on the side. With the FZ6, manufacturers had to cater to the fact the bike was designed with......'dual exhausts'.

I kinda don't like the way the straps cover up the M4 logo but again.....FZ6 design dictates.....

For the price, they look great (I like the carbon tips on the titanium body) and I only got to start up the bike and rev it a few times, sound great as well.
And as I looked at the bike while slowly walking out the garage to close the door.....scanning over the bike I couldn't help but to notice once more, those 'two-tall jones' handle bars

...and don't say 'you should've bought an R6'. Ummmmm. If I could'a, I would'a.

I'm having trouble putting the grab bars back on the tail section. I can't line up the holes
because of a screw head holding the black plastic portion onto the grab bars and
the bolt that holds the strap together on the M4s. See below-----

How did anyone else manage?

Thanks
