What's the point of the thing on the back wheel? I always see those on beemers.
A friend in Paris told me it was in case a car touched your rear tire in traffic - that way it'd be fender to fender instead of fender to tire. I'm not convinced that would make a big difference though!
I find it interesting that there are very few bikes with actual performance mods. Many of those bikes still have stock exhaust and basically none of them had R6 forks and brakes. Do europeans only do cosmetic mods?
It looks like some people mount their license plate to that rear fender thing as well...

I think it's the same as here... If you took 50 random pics of ppl on this forum, how many would have the R6 forks? maybe 5?
As for the exhaust, same thing, I would say about half of them went with aftermarket, half kept their OEM... actually, most ppl on the pics above have aftermarket pipes.
To me personally, if I was looking for performance, I would not have bought the FZ6 hehe.... most of my mods are for cosmetic reasons (I did not feel a difference in performance before and after putting the lasers on... yes I have the R6 forks, but they were on when I bought the bike... flat black paint would have made me almost as happy )
Pazzo levers were to get rid of the annoying lever vib... everything else is to make my bike look like the bike I always wanted
