A light house on the western end of Manitoulin Island. It is the worlds largest fresh water island. To bad I didnt know about the Mounted Animal Nature Trail at the time (Arrogant Worms song)

One of many I was here pictures.

Ferry ride number one from Manitoulin Island to Tobermory. I just about missed the boat, But I think they heard me coming in as they were waiting for me.

Welcome to Niagara Falls! Boy was it ever HOT!

I took ALOT of panaramic shots over the entire trip. I will post them at the end.

I wouldn't have minded to go down there on this day.

This ship sits protected by a man made rock wall just off the QEW between St. Catharines and Toronto. No one I asked knew why it was there or what the story was. Any one care to fill me in?

That tower from the city that is the Center of the Universe. For us Canadians at least. It was hard to get here as the parking gates were all automated and refused to let my bike in. It would open when it detected a car and you took your ticket. But the system couldn't detect my bike. I ended up getting let in the back and getting free parking.

Looking down at Toronto. (I tend to do that a lot - Maybe to much)

I tried to break the glass. It was a no go.

Out on the streets of Toronto. Any one know what that building in my left mirror is? I have another picture of it as well.

Strange having these trains on the road with you. The tracks are not bad to ride over really.

The Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa.

The statue on the left side of the Supreme Court.

And the right side statue. Much spookier. And oddly enough it was picture 0666 on my camera.

The war memorial.

The tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Parliament Hill. It's amazing how open and easy to access it is.

The Centennial Flame on Parliament Hill.

Yes, this is on Parliament Hill.

No cats, but this large beast was here!

The library at the back of Parliament Hill. Its the only original remaining piece from the first building. The rest burned down in 1916 i believe.

The Mace.

At night they project a video/light show onto the parliament buildings. It's very well done.

This is a little scary. This medal is on display at the National War Museum.

The Royal Canadian Mint. This is where they mint the non circulation collector coins.

Bonjour!

Montreal. I had a list of things I had wanted to see. But i only ended up staying a few hours. The drivers were some of worst I have ever seen. I felt it wasn't safe to ride around so I ended up leaving. It was also the only place I had people on the highway honk at me and give me the finger.

The Biosphere.

Crossing the Jacques Cartier Bridge.

I camped that night just outside Quebec city. There was the most spectaular lightning storm I had ever seen going on as I was setting up camp. The wind was howling and I knew the rain was just about to come. at about 3am the skys opened up as the lightning and thunder crashed. The winds were braking branches all over and I could hear all the other campers screaming and running to their cars for cover. Having no car I accepted my fate and went back to sleep. Looking back I should have gone to the washrooms for cover.

Quebec City!

Quebec City is the only place north of Mexico city that still has the original fortress walls from when it was originally settled.

I found people to be more friendly in Quebec City.

Welcome to New Brunswick!

One of the destinations I had really wanted to visit. The Confederation Bridge. The bridge is 12.9km (8 miles) long and join New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island. It was built in 1997 at a cost of costing $1.3 billion.
