I've owned and loved my 93 VFR but those pics of the Honda look like horrible designs. I love the Hondas I've own and these bikes don't deserve a Honda emblem..I'm sorry...gotta be honest.

These look okay at best, definitely not as good looking as the FZ. On the CBF600, they should have put a better looking headlight on it to make it better looking. It looks too much like a cruiser with the current setup, not a naked sport bike.

But they are not trying to make it look like a naked sport bike. They are trying to make it look like the old CB series of bikes. More retro styling...

In the UK that's the 600 'Hornet', which was updated earlier this year to a really good looking bike, but is a whole lot smaller than before (feels like you're riding a 500)

Nice bike, but that exhaust system has to go!

the bike looks better in the pics thatn in the flesh. As I said, it looks and feels more like a 500 than a 600 in real life, is quite a lot smaller then the old CB600F Hornet (mainly due to much smaller engine from the new CBR600RR).

Pity, could've been good ... mind you, the new CB1000R (erplacement for the CB900 Hornet in the UK, expected early next year) looks better than the 600F

Gotts love these wheels - single sided swingarm on it too

CBF was always a good bike, always ugly too IMO. This model is a bit better but still, I like the FZ better. I am sure the torque in low and mid-range WILL be better though

Do you think it feels slow if compared with the FZ6?

CBF600 and CBF600S are more alike to the Bandit than the FZ6, and not a worthy competitor. The new hornet and CB1000R are better, but that short stubby exhaust just aint doing it for so many people ... I think Honda came too late to the 'stubby' debate and should've pushed on to the under-slung Buell-esque exhaust.
