Group buy! Let me know who would be interested. My goal is to get it to around $500 (USD) shipped... it is coming from France btw and costs $450 Euros.
$500 is a bit much... although doing this would be awesome if i went naked. might even be nice to have it lying around incase i need to go naked but like brain said, expensive....
how long do we have to save up? ie when you planning on pulling the trigger?

$500 is a ton of money for an aftermarket headlight. On a $5000 bike, its hard to justify putting on such a simple part for 10% of how much you paid for the whole bike.

True, but that headlight(i think) is the sweetest way to go if going naked. Plus selling your stock front end would pay for the gixxer light(depending on your year). I may think about it. Im possibly eying an 07 r6, so it depends. That 16-17K rev-limiter's calling my name.
I agree... ppl spend $1000 on an exhaust... $500 for some rizoma rearsets...!!!
I sold my stock front end for $250... so the headlight cost me $250... I don`t think it is unreasonable at all.
If you base your decisions on the "price of bike" vs "cost of mod" ratio, then you`d never buy any mods!
I see it a different way: our bike is cheap (compared to R6, CBR etc...), so it warrants spending a little more on mods to make it exactly how you like

5pcs: 425€ ea. or $613
10pcs: 400€ ea. or $577
15pcs : 375€ ea. or $541
20pcs : 350€ ea. or $500

So I need 19 guys to come along to get the $500 deal In other words I think I`ll just forget about it... F_en weak Dollar... if it was 1 to 1 the price would be sweet... oh well.
I wish we could get package deals on the stock naked light assembly and parts. I'm still broke like everyone else so I guess it doesn't matter anyway.
