After installing my Scorpion exhaust, I found that my FAZR6 FE kit was indeed compatible, but didn't "connect" to the license plate support kit that was supplied by Scorpion.
After much deliberation, I ordered this kit, as it has the 2 vertical pre-drilled holes at each side that attach directly to the Scorpion's attachment piece:-
It is well made, but has two distinct issues that make it a non-starter, imo:-
-It is almost identical in configuration and positioning as the OEM fender (IOW, the license plate will sit just as far our and in the same place as with the OEM fender; FAZR6's FE kit places the license plate about 4" further in, which looks MUCH better).
-The "unique LED license plate light" is useless. It is a tiny LED that mounts through a tiny hole in the angle just above the license plate. It illuminates an area about 2" in diameter. Absolutely useless, so you will have to either install the OEM license plate light or some sort of supplemental lighting to make it legal at night.
I brought this to the supplier's attention, who brought it to the manufacturer's attention, and apparently I'm "the only one to complain" They offered to send me a second LED but I'd have to pay $8.95 shipping. :
Don't bother with this rather expensive substitute for the OEM fender.... Yes, it replaces the OEM fender, but nobody will notice that it's supposed to be a "FE" kit. ;) Go with FAZR6's kit which is superior. Not recommended unless you prefer steel to plastic.
I solved the "connection" problem with the excellent FAZR6 FE kit by drilling a couple of small holes in both the Scorpion bottom bracket and the FAZR6 bracket and screwing them together. Perfect.
Thanks CB! Ya know...I searched one end of the 'net to the other for a FE kit that satisfied all the criteria that I was looking for:-
-Has upper attachment for Scorpion license plate attachment bracket
-mini LED license plate light that works
-"small holes" for aftermarket LED mini flashers (the FAZR6's has OEM elongated holes)
The FE kit that you found is perfect for my needs. I take back everything I said about you young 'uns this week.

You are always Welcome ! BTW, the silver is not the only color. Search on ebay, you will find black, blue and red too ... This newer option rocks if it works and is much cheaper for llike $35 shipped!! I am sure someone else here got it ...

Weird... I had the scorpions and FAZR FE kit and it worked fine
I think you may have misunderstood what my "issue" was. The FAZR6 FE kit is completely compatible with the Scorpions, if you don't mind the kit bouncing around. The Scorpion kit includes a long, flat bracket that goes from the upper muffler mount to the OEM fender. Scorpion also includes a lower bracket that is meant to screw directly to the OEM fender. The two "ears" that attach to the Scorpion lower bracket is not on the FAZR6 FE kit. Scorpion's main, large "U" shaped bracket that is supposed to replace the large "U" shaped fender support bracket is a bit more flimsy than the OEM part, so the FE kit bounces around quite a bit once the license plate light, license plate and flashers are installed. As I mentioned, I drilled a couple of holes in both the top of the FAZR6 FE and the Scorpion attachment bracket and screwed them together.
I should take some pictures.
I misread sorry so your subframe steal bracket (where the FAZR kit is mounted) is bounding up and down? is that the problem?
I did not use the bracket that comes with the scorpion (or Lasers for that matter) and I don`t have any bouncing around. I did however dremel out a couple of "notches" from the sides of the plastic "arm" coming from right below the brake light, as well as on the side of the license plate light to be able to ziptie the two together.
Anyways, good luck man! and let us know your solution
The zip-tie solution is a good one...didn't think of that. Being a certified auto mechanic, I tend to look for the more expensive complicated solution instead of the simple, less expensive one.
Anyhow...I'll let you all know how the new FE kit works out.
If FAZR6 is reading this, the only modifications that I would suggest on your FAZR6 FE is some sort of "blanking plate" with a 5/16" dia. hole for mounting after market mini flashers, as well as provision for attaching the upper support brackets that come with most aftermarket exhaust systems. They all seem to be designed to install directly to the OEM fender's vertical "ears" attachment.
My front fairings, rear side pods and tool tray all hide a multitude of sins.... ;) Boneman would have a stroke if he saw some of my wiring "solutions".
