Well the UPS man is a little slow, but here's what he's brought so far.:

Decided to go with the Gixxer taillight.

What was wrong with the original swingarm/shock? You know that that shock is going to change the geometry of your bike, right? In any event, you should be able to sell the old swing arm and chain adjustment bits for a good amount of money if they are true and straight.

If you're going ahead with the R6 swingarm, get a R6 tail and rear subframe fabbed on as well. Its much lighter and won't have a huge gaping hole where an undertail exhaust would go. Plus the banana seat would go too.

Finally starting to get some stuff done heh.

'07 R6S forks on
'06 Blue side pod on, gotta paint the other to match now
'0x R6 Header on
'07 R6 2 Bros CF shorty side exit exhaust...sorta on
Gixxer tail light wired up and partially mounted
Rear side turn signals on and wired
(need to zip tie wiring for those two up tho)
Setback plates by oso2k on
Right rearset modified to fit with exhaust, need bolts to mount though

and what good is a post without pics:

Things left to do to ride:
Make bracket and mount speedo
Install headlight
Install front turn signals
Install clip-ons
Remove and replace sheared bolt from left side frame slider
Get new left footpeg
Modify shift linkage to run outside frame to work with setback plates
Fab mounting tab for header collector, and exhaust hanger
Modify pipe so muffler clears swingarm better
Mount both rearsets to setback plates
Fab lic plate bracket (will go under tail, and mount light

I think thats about it haha.
Id also like to fab some new tail bodywork, and instal the new tail, but those might wait until next winter, because I'm kinda anxious to ride heh.

Your subframe looks a little wonky... did it bend in the crash?

That has a lot of potential! I like the side exhaust like that... Clean up the rear a little more and it`ll be perfect!

Good luck for the rest of the shit... can`t wait to see it finished
