Dry fit of the new headlight! I need to make up a couple of simple brackets, and do some wiring because the harnesses are different but that will be easy. I'll post up the detail once completed. In any case, this headlight is HOT!!!
(new thread to get FZ1N in the title for easier searching)

I had told you that the FZ1N headlight will look the best on the naked fizzer even much better than the GSXR lights IMHO . Congrats!! How much did it cost you with shipping?

Thanks guys. A bit more than the gixxer light. $700 from Burlington Yamaha (plus shipping in the US, forget how much). But it includes the light, mounting bracket (which needs minor modification - I'll detail later - but it fits the speedo perfectly which is a huge bonus), side panels, wiring harness, speedo cover, and all of the hardware bits. I probably spent another $40 on various fork clamp/bracket parts.
This is the dry fit, with some zip tie cheating involved to get the measurements for the final modifications. I'm going to break it down and do a step by step for the real deal. Really excited that it works with the lines of the fizzer so perfectly! I think much better than the FZ6N stock headlight (which also costs $250 more)

Actually the shape of the speedo nicely compliments the headlight which makes it look like it came like that from Yamaha. Kudos on finding this combo. It works flawless!! I will seriously consider doing this in the future.
