Did everybody drop out or what? I need to know what you guys want to do ASAP.
Also, Access Composite confirmed you will HAVE to wire transfer the cash. They won`t take your cc#... not sure why.
Let me know.
Wow...these guys seem to be making it harder and harder on us. :/ This sucks for you wavex because you're working so hard on this and for us because we might be a little spoiled with how easy it is to get stuff from US vendors when they have it in stock.
I'm not dropping out on the tail again but it does make me a little worried that they're requesting wire transfer.

Why are you worried bro?
It's actually much safer for your to wire the money as opposed to sending your cc# across the Atlantic to ppl you don`t know
They seem very legit, and I have no doubt that it all would go through without a problem either way, but wire transfer is cleanest imo. Yes, you would have to call your banker though
+1 im fine with the wire transfer... actually more comfortable... but seeing as how much the belly pan jumped in final shipped price scared me... as seeing that the tail is now going to be around 300 with a seat final price...

the final price should be no surprise. see how much wildhair and streetfighter by design sell these things for and you'll realize it's a good deal. whether it's us as individuals or a company doing the buying, customs fees and $$ conversins are big business.
i just sold a corbin seat to someone in Canada and i was charged $15 and he $9 for exchange fees, i paid $46 to ship it and he is now paying $50 to customs to pick it up. the seat was only $400.
the GSG Moto belly pan is $320.
this french belly pan we're buying is the biggest i've seen and thats why i want it. the Skidmarx is also $380. so the $222.60 price on these isn't bad at all for what your getting. plus i can help in the painting part for So Cal local people.
i will modify mine and i am thinking of making a mold and then reproducing it since few american companies offer FZ6 stuff. hell tcp and gsg moto are german, skidmarx is english and this guy and poly26 are french. no us companies. so we should get motivated and start making our own goodies.
my back ground is in automotive and business, so if anyone is interested i'd consider working with someone.

Could you do FZ6_Dude and I a favor? See if there some way he could reduce or lower the shipping or tax. It's gonna kill me to pay near $300 for a rear end when I already have one (though not customized yet!) and it cost me $325 to have my whole fairing set shipped to me. :/

One more thing do you believe I'll have this tail in before my 3/29 track day? Say, by 3/22.
Oso2k, FZ6_Dude: I`ll calculate the total expected cost of the seat this wkd and send them an email asking for the 5pcs discount, even though I only have 2ppl... I don`t think they`ll be able to do any better than that.
About the bellypan: Bike10 is the only one ready to move so far. I need to know the # of ppl we have before I can go back and confirm the 5pcs discount is still valid even if have only 2, 3 or 4ppl.............

I'd much prefer to use my AMEX as I know they have my back and would cover me if things went sour. I was pissed originally when you said no AMEX! Anyway...it is what it is.
The additional $100 for tax and shipping puts the cost above what I can spend.
i can totally apreciate your position, but for anyone reading this, look at what it is and what you get. all the other belly pans for this bike are between $230 to $320 and they're very small. i like the full belly pans cause i like the look. This $222.60 is cheap and imagine how few people will have a bike that looks like yours?
look at these examples.
the first pick is my monster. the others all the belly pans available for every bike except ours.
