I am sitting here checking the new threads on the forum, thinking, "should I add a post in here to share the good news that my replacement headlight (since the first one never got here) will ship tomorrow?"
I hesitated but finally decided to post only when I get the damn thing... right at that time, the door bell rings... I go to open the door to my wife & kid (they had been at grandma's this morning while I was go-karting), when I see a young asian kid holding a big box in his hands standing at the door... he mumbles some stuff about how he got this box a couple of days ago and that the shipping address on the box "looks weird" and that he doesn't "have a use for it" and so he was dropping it to me...
I was shocked and excited at the same time... shocked because I think the kid has had it for over a month now and excited because I was actually holding my headlight in my hands!
So now the question is: what do I do with the new headlight that is being shipped to me, knowing that the shipper got paid the insurance $$ for the first headlight that was supposed to be lost?
What would you do? keep it and sell it for a lucky SBN member for $400? Ship it back to the sender? keep it in case I crash again?
Yea, A Bunch Of Times. I Just Retired The Suit On Tuesday. Monday Was The Last Ride. I Did Give A LBPD Officer A Candy Cane. It Put A Smile On His Face. It Was Right There Where We Met Up.
