So, I discovered a streetfighter forum -which is unbelievable btw- and posted about my bike... ppl seem to like the bike, so I am happy that I actually can consider my bike a fighter
Anyway, a guy tells me my swing arm could use some work, in terms of shapes (i.e. R1 arm would look sick), and that my tripple should be powder coated... etc... so I answer that these things are on the list, and that I want to add the KOSO speedo. To that he posts a pic of his bike:

he tells me is ran into some issues, but he`ll help me out!
Even more happy about my purchase now... it looks sick on his ride.

I like the demon headlight too, looks like the transformers. I wish it had a better light.

Koso speedo arrived, and I already ran into troubles during the first hour of install
So I think I am going to take a sick day tomorrow and deal with it. Fortunately Moldmaker just called me about something else and he is free to help tomorrow
IMG_17833.jpg
The problem is about the wiring. I started reading the electrical instructions and decided to plug the power first. Now if you look at this diagram:
wiring.JPG
... it's pretty clear that the Red wire from the speedo goes to the battery +, and the Brown wire to the + of the ignition.
Now the $1000 casino cash question: on the FZ wiring diagram below, I have two + coming from the battery and main switch (key), red/green and red/white... which one do I connect to the Red and which to the Brown? Or do I have to cut a wire somewhere?
FZwiring.jpg
I tried both combinations (without cutting a wire), and in one configuration, nothing happens, and in the other, I get the speedo to turn on and do a self-test with the awesome bright blue light, and the rpm niddle goes up and down, but then it turns off (I do get a "00:00" time, like on the FZ). If I start the bike after that, the speedo remains "off" with the time still there.
Also, I connected the turn signals, and when I turn a signal on the rizomas seem to just bogg down, trying to flash, but not really... I am guessing a load issue
Any electrical engineer around here to help out plz?

hmmm I just realized something. I probably need to connect all the wires before it can all work, if only to balance the loads. I probably get way too much juice to the signals... I need to connect all the "-" wires....
I think
