wow! loox great, still like my headlights better though, hehe but thats all personal preference! i love the blackout tank and the forks, thats sweet, how did you exactly mount your horn? i removed my bracket and shoved it into the original brackets hole, its not really secure 1 of the plugs is shoved up against the triple clamp to keep it secure, ive checked it abunch and it seems pretty stable still. anybody have pictures of the FZ6N speedo bracket? i love how it sits in front of the handlebar to the right, i dont really like how you can see the speedo stick out on top of everything else when you lookat the bike from the side view! oh well, riding naked really takes a toll on my mesh jacket now i got dead bugs all over and they really dont come out no matter what i do except splatter the guts and water it down... great..

Fantastic job though it loox great, mind tilting your other pics around so i dont hafta tilt my head to 9oclock to lookat things?

Wavex, that bike looks extremely similar to my bike. Here's my thread in the Mod forum. I realized I've yet to show any updated pics. I have the Rizoma Track 01's all the way around with the integrated taillight. I'm having some electrical power issues--bad battery I think--so the bike is code 3 right now.

Your bike looks awesome...I can't wait for you to get that headlight. I think I'll be better motivated to spend money before winter if I see your bike big pimpin.

I think that oranje plastic in the rear would look better than the black...or else it might look too cruiser-like. I"ll play around with some images later on and see.

This is what type of headlight I was talking about earlier...

It would make it more of a cruiser but I'm still not 100% about going nakkid anyways.

Pic of the headlight you posted is down... plz fix...

Did you hook up with that chick after I left you at the bar this pm?

You need to: 1) clean your bike, 2) fix all the crappy sticker left overs, 3) go naked! (I`ll give you the side pods so you can play with them...)

She came to my place after I was done with my chores and brought me something sweet. You should have said hi to her while she was in her car...she was wearing a tan mini-skirt but I was able to see some pink

I know I need to clean my bike, but I want to finish a few of the mods first. Right now, I want to make sure that my bike isn't going to die on me (I should have thought of that before going down Hwy 39 or ACH...) but once I put the horn back in, I promise I'll wash my bike. That fucker at the store...he was just talking shit. I should have put my hand prints all over his damn bike and then taken that 'do not touch' sign off his bike

2. sticker residue...every time I leave it in the sun for the bike to warm up, i wind up riding it like a slutty bitch steaming for some action I can't resist 3. check out kaoskustoms.com I might not go with just plain Oranje I never did like the front fairings on the bike...even before I bought it the dicks at the dealership looked at me stupid cus I asked them how hard it would be to take all that off.

Close, it is a 04 - 05 GSXR 600/750 headlight. They have removed a few tabs to clean it up and attached it to the bike without the GSXR stay, but that is definitely it.

I have one in my garage that I am going to sell soon after deciding the scale isn't right for my Fizzer project. This is the one I purchased:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=130116469736

Yeah, $200 was kinda steep. But I wanted one mint with no scratches and I didn't want to wait on the auction to end

Three of the ones they sell are GSXR headlights with their own mini-upper fairing to clean it up:

The K5 is made from a 06 - 07 Gixxer 600 / 750 headlight.
The K4 is made from a 04 - 05 Gixxer 600 / 750 headlight.
The K3 is made from a 03 - 04 Gixxer 1000 headlight.

Pretty daggum neat products! I've been saying from the beginning that someone should be making a mini fairing to clean up the diff gixxer headlights. I didn't know that someone already was!

I'll bet the K5 looks pretty mean on your bike, Wavex! Good luck! I would love to see how they worked out modifying the brackets for attachments in the rear when you get your hands on it. Does it say somewhere in French how they attach to the bike? Fork clamps?

Hey Billy, thanks for the info above... quite interesting!

Indeed, they sell a "front fork clamping kit" (50 euros on top of the headlight price, bastards!)... I will definitely post pics of the mounting system and final product when I get it... hopefully end of the week or sometime next week.
I know you've been looking for a perfect headlight for a while now, so yours is on its way as well? I want to see your bomb Fizzer as well when you`re done, so make sure you post pics asap.
