Default Fatality in West Virginia

http://www.wvgazette.com/section/News/2007030944

I had talked to this guy at a gas station that morning about bikes. Seemed like a nice guy. Came upon the scene right after emergency vehicles arrived. The news story said he was riding with other riders when the accident happened. They kept going!!!!! How could you not try to help a fellow biker?!?!?!?!?!? Hope they get what they deserve!!!! R.I.P. Daniel Keith Tyler.

RIP

I think he was obviously in the last position. There are a lot of times on our group rides where we emphasis "ride your own pace, we'll wait for you at stop signs" after you are waiting at a stop sign for 5 minutes we turn around and go looking with that gut feeling in your stomach. I would have thought his friends would have came back

There is nothing worse than that feeling when you look in your mirrors and your buddy who was behind you was gone, sitting on the side of the road for a few minutes just having the worst feeling, before turning around hauling ass and seeing your friend on the side of the road somewhere.

talking to a few people. they said he and buddies looked as if they was trying to get a knee down and he slid in some cinders. stood the bike up and went into a tank slapper in to the wall. this came from some of the people around and filtered thru the biker comuinty
