around 10 pm on friday the 2nd, roy who is part of the GP bikes inc. family was killed while traveling south on us1 when a truck pulled out infront of him making a left turn from laurie st. said that he was killed instantly when he colided into the trucks driver side door, roy was not speeding when the truck ran the stop sign. my deepest condolences to roy's family. we will all miss you.
i don't know this area and am a bit confused. the driver was making a left turn and roy hit the driver's side door? i don't understand, please explain. were they both going in the same direction or opposite?

Coronadozx, sounds like the driver was going perpendicular to Roy's direction of travel. The driver was on his right side and cut across his path in a left hand turn.
