Default A few Years Back RIP Western NY

This goes back a few years, but now I have a place to put it.

My uncle Paul died on Dec. 13th 2002 when his bike went down on some black ice, and the car behind him hit the ice as well. Unable to stop the car hit him and he was unable to be saved. The car was sadly driven by his youngest son. They drove to work together every day, and this was a sad day.

RIP uncle Paul, you rode your bikes with pride and strenght. We remember.

Thank you everyone.

Kim

I am truly sorry to hear of this, it must still be hard on the family.

Wow, that's really terrible. Hopefully his son is ok, but that's hard to recover from. At least he died riding though, and had the balls to ride when it was that cold. That means he died doing what he loved, because only someone who loved it would brave ice and freezing temps to go on two wheels.
