So sad when news of any of our soldiers falls, SBN member or not. Godspeed. We should never forget their bravery. Nor should we allow the cowards who prepetrate these attacks to get away with it.

Somewhere in Iraq an insurgent will think twice about picking up a rifle and hurting someone because they saw Justin patrolling the street. They saw that kevlar helmet, that beige uniform and that "We're not playin' " stare, and thought better of it.
We will never know who that person is, or the people that went on with their lives because Justin walked the line and said with his presence "You'll not come here." Every single one of those soldiers is a barrier between life and death for so many human beings that have been tortured and abused for so long. There is no greater sacrifice a human being can make than an exchange for another life. It's an expense that can never be repaid.
You never hear how many lives were saved in a day, but you do hear about how many lives were lost. His was lost for a reason, and a damn good one at that.
The defense of humanity.
Semper Fi, Justin. When they eventually arrive at your current position, the generals will salute you.

I did not know Justin, but I know personally what courage it takes to pick up a weapon and man a post and stand up for what is right...I did it for 8 1/2 years in the Army....Justin will be missed for what he did and who he was...........Thank You Justin and Godspeed!
