New to the site and wanted to say hello. Just bought my bike Monday and hoping to suck up as much info from this place as I can! Glad to find a spot where I can chat with other bike chicks:)

Does anyone have any tips on how to persuade my girlfriend to ride on my motorcycle with me? I took her out on it for our first like 2 dates and she said she liked it, I didn't do anything stupid, didnt speed, and kept it pretty easy going. She even says its an awesome bike and stuff like that.

But, its been like a month and she says she's terrified of it, likes it, but is just scared, even though I just want to go out on a ride down some two lane roads out of town, nothing speed-demon like, just a nice little cruise.

I don't showboat or haul-ass everywhere.

So, I'm looking if any of the ladies on here have any advice on how to take things. I figured that small two lanes roads would be a good start, kinda ease her into it. If anyone can help, thanks!

I am looking for independent (NOT part of an MC) FEMALE sport bike riders to join me and my crew when we go out riding. We are all mostly FAMILY guys, ranging in ages from 20 yrs old to 39 yrs old....BUT we are all young at heart and love to ride! No hanky panky stuff. Just 100% having a great time ridin' our sportbikes. I know we have female ridiers in our area but we can't seem to find any that are riding. We would love to have you come out with us. We go on some GREAT rides!

I am also launching a local sport bike community website called This Web site coming soon soon and I'll eventually need some female input on some ideas I have.
