Hi all, for those who order bike stuff online, just wanted to give a warning about imotorcycle.com. I placed an order for some bike parts totalling about $77 over the phone (btw the guy who took the order didn't sound too enthused) He didn't ask for an email so I gave it to him so I can get an email confirmation of my order, he's like "ok whatever", he says it'll be about 5 days for my stuff to be delivered. I check my email, nothing from imotorcycle. I waited about week and half, so I call, no one picks up the phone, I leave a msg, no call back. It's going on past 2 weeks now, I call several times, get that same guy on the phone, he says one of the items was out of stock(didn't bother to let me know??) and says he is waiting, so i'm like ok fine. I emailed if the stuff is shipped out, no reply. Going on 4 weeks!! I call, says the same thing, "out of stock still waiting" he asks me to wait just a bit longer. Now the middle of the next month I don't get any phone call or email, so I call imotorcycle and told that guy to just cancel my order and refund my charges. He says he'll do it(w/ an attitude too, piece of shit), to make a long story short, it's going on almost 6 months, and I called imotorcycle maybe 4 or 5 times to see why my charge was not refunded and always the same answer that"it will be done right away" and still NO REFUND YET!!! I called my card dispute center several times to notify them of this. still waiting.
I think the imotorcycle guy's name is Mark, not sure and he says he's the manager. I ordered from this site to save a few $$ because they were a bit cheaper than other sites but I'm totally regretting it now. I also had this same headache w/ "devil bikes" in new jersey, ordered a Leo Vince exhaust that he never had in stock, and never told me and took forever to get my refund.

You know, I always try to support the smaller guys, but FTS and screw them, hope those scamming fucks go out of business soon! Now I only order from the big popular online stores (motorcycle superstore, chapparal, dennis kirk,etc..) and so far no problems w/ them.
