Default My times

My best tonight on my 02 GSXR 600, slip on and strapped was:

R/T .418
60' 1.928
1/4 11.47
MPH 122.13

Soon it will have -1 +2 sprocket change, lowering links, and extended swingarms, what can I expect to run with the mods?

Unneccesary.

Lower the chasis and strap the front. Re-gear your bike to maximize the torque and hp. Put sticky rubber to grip the track so the geometry changes doesn't help blow the tire away. Install a TEKA Re-mapper or PCIII with a custom map strickly for the strip. If you go into the motor.......Start with degreeing the cams first.

Best Regards!

I would like to hear of you running 10's

My '94 ZX6E, w/ 190# pilot turned a best of 11.356 @ 120+
The "E" is slammed, OEM swingarm, regeared w/ bolt-ons only. No power adders.

I was running 10.20s on an 04 zx636 that is regeared, lowered, slip on, and that's it, I weigh about 160 lbs. Just got an extended swingarm, and electric shifter and look to go into the 9's so you don't need NOS. All you need to get into the 10's is to work on your 60' foot times, the momemtum of a good launch will carry all the way down the track not just the first 60'.

(got 1 ) I got my 02 600 running 10.20's also at desoto 1/4 mile ALL MOTOR. Its been lowered, strapped, 6 inch stretch, ported head, 1000 cams degreed, full hindle exhaust, race cut tranny, reverse pattern shifter( one up five down), vortex sprockets w/520 conversion, ported TB's, and a K&N filter! Its been custom mapped on a dynojet dyno. I have no times with the mps 40 shot yet.
I love to suprise the liter bikes

BTW I weigh 190 lbs

Brandon you need to get that 60 ft down about 2 tenths and you will see a 10 second timeslip. Change your sprockets and lower it for a consistent 10 sec 1/4

My 60 foots suck. I baby the clutch on the way out. I need to work on it.

Next time I am out it will be lowered, strapped, extended with a chain & sprocket change. I am sure I will be doing much better!!!

Finally had it back out at the strip, I ran consistent 11.1x's with 1.8x 60' times.

CamaroGSXRss, do you plan on going out to Desoto anytime soon? I will be out there on Thursday. Weather permitting.
