Default Strapped Front

I was just perusing through the Drag Racing forums here and saw several mentions of strapping the front. What is this? I'm assuming it involves limiting the front end travel of the forks? Curious b/c I'd like to take mine out for a few passes before the end of riding season. I've made many caged trips down the 'ole 1320 but never on 2 wheels.

Yes, and it get the weigh more forward to so you can come of the line a lil harder/quicker, the possiblity of 12o'clocking is still there just not as much

what do you use to strap it?

A rachet strap from auto zone should be sufficent.

Schnitz Strap . Run it over you frame behind your steering neck. Bolt the ends to your top brake caliper mounting bolts. I had to get some longer bolts and some spacers on my F3 to keep it out of the forks.
