Default 675 Parts (Supply and Price)

I'm still considering the 675 (seems a very refined bike) over a black 07 zx6r. I have a question about maintenance though.

Are parts readily available and how are they priced compared to the big four Japanese?

Hell I'll throw in this question also, are there atrocious maintenance items on this bike (I've heard Duc's require valve adjustments quite frequently - anything similar w/ the 675)?

tia!

Check out Triumph675.net.

There is an owner' manual posted on there that has the maintenance schedule. Services are every 6k with a valve check at 12k.
99% chance you won't need to adjust valves at 12k.

Lowest price I've found in SoCal for the scorched yellow is 10k otd. That's close to the other bike I've been looking at (07 zx6r @ 9.5k otd). Does that seem like an ok deal?

Decisions decisions.

Thats not bad. People pay from 9.4k - 10.4k it seems. You can get a used one for 7.5-8k.

Or you could get a new 06 R6 for REAL cheap!
