Check Triumph675.net. I haven't had ANY problems with myne.... and I dont know of any 'normal problems' to speak of. There have been anomolies of course...
I haven't had any issues with my D675. It is a sweet bike, the handling and tourqe is amazing. I also got off of a CBR 600, totally different bike.
The only slight issue I have is when it's hot out the exhaust is very hot under your legs, I will take care of that next month when the Jardine Pipe comes out.
I bought mine from Brea Triumph, great service and great deal.
I deal with the guys over at one of the LA Triumph dealers quite a bit....
They are 2-3 hours behind me (depending on what state i'm in at the time), so i can call later at night and still get answers to the quesitons i need...
If you want me to check which one, give me a PM... i can't remember the name for the life of me right now.
Also- i have heard no reliability issues on the 675. I know a lot of people WRECK them, but that's a different story.

I went to the Triumph dealer today and couldn't believe how much nicer the bike is in person than looking at pictures. I saw it at a show before they hit dealers but I actually had a chance to look this one over and I was extremely impressed.

Bought mine from LACycleSports (aka OTDCycleSports.com) back in June. Other dealers bitch to potential customers about this dealer (trash talk), but I had a very good experience and so did my friend (who bought from there on my recommendation).
I haven't had any reliability problems, or any major problems at all. I removed the fairings to install flush-mounted turn signals, and noticed oil weeping. I'll have the dealer check it out at the 6000 mile service, which is now due. Didn't look like anything major, just tightening up of various fasteners. Otherwise: absolutely kick-ass bike. I have loved this bike from day one, although it was tough on my carpal tunnel. Installed helibars, and that helped a lot with numb hands.

I agree, I saw one for the first time last saturday at a dealer and it was a gorgeous bike. It looks kind of generic and flimsy in pictures (if that makes sense), but in person it looks so gorgeous and aggressive. Maybe just because you don't see them that much? I dunno.
The d675 peaked my interest when I saw it the other day parked at a restaurant. I don't really care for goldish colors on bikes or cars but I gotta say that scorched yellow is hot.
So I went to simi cyclery yesterday to look a little closer. They had four, one of each "colour" . Sales guy fired up the scorched yellow for me so I could here it and sit on it. Throttle is so responsive. The instrument cluster is sweet.
Damn this bike is killer. Asked about the OTD price and he said mid 10's. Online quote from OTD motorsports was the same. That's a lot of markup considering MSRP of this bike.
